RNA
Total RNA Purification Kit
Several RNA extraction kits are available as kits for total RNA, including miRNAs, which do not require phenol steps but rely on extraction by column.
These kits bind and elute all RNA regardless of size and GC content, without the use of beads.
They are available in different formats and vary from each other in starting sample, final yield, etc.

BIG FISH™ Nuetraction 32/96 Nucleic Acid Purification System
The BIG FISH™ Nuetraction 32/96 Nucleic Acid Purification System is an automated system for extracting nucleic acids using magnetic beads from various samples such as whole blood, tissues, cells, bacteria, plasmids, viruses, plants and more.
The compact-sized instrument is equipped with a UV lamp for decontamination, a temperature control system and a touch screen. Therefore, it does not need an external pc as it is possible to select the protocol of interest directly on the instrument or to customize and save them for later use.
Two versions of the BIG FISH™ Nuetraction extraction system are currently available: 32 or 96 samples. Each extraction kit contains all the necessary materials such as reagents i.e., marbles, wash buffer I and II and eluition buffer, loaded into sealed deep wells that simply need to be peeled and loaded onto the instrument after adding the sample to be purified, and disposable plastic material. To avoid reagent waste when purifying only one sample, a kit was developed for the 32-sample extraction system where reagents are loaded into individual tubes and not into deep well plates.
