FFPE RNA Purification Kit provides a rapid method for isolation and purification of total RNA (including microRNAs) from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples in as little as 1 hour. The use of formalin to fix tissues leads to cross-linking of RNA and protein, and the process of including tissue samples can also lead to fragmentation of RNA over time. The protocol allows partial reversal of formalin modifications, resulting in high quality and yield of RNA.

Stool
Stool Total RNA Purification Kit provides a rapid procedure to purify total RNA from small amounts of stool samples.
Included in the kit are beads tubes for stool homogenization. The kit purifies all sizes of RNAs, from large mRNAs and ribosomal RNAs down to microRNAs and small interfering RNAs. Both host and microbial RNA is recovered. The protocol does not rely on the use of phenol or chloroform, thus providing an easy-to-use procedure and enabling high-throughput analysis.
The procedure can be completed in about 30 minutes.
