- They are made of virgin polypropylene for medical use in clean rooms and are therefore free of cytotoxic agents and heavy metals, inhibiting the PCR reaction
- They are transparent and sterile, RNase-/DNase-/human gDNA-free, pyrogenic agents and endotoxins
- The filter is aerosol-resistant
- Resist high temperatures and corrosion
- "Low Retention" or low retention for better sample recovery
- Graduated, for easy recognition of the volume taken;
- They come in convenient plastic racks with the trays colored according to the type of tip volume for easy recognition

A variety of Corning brand single- and multichannel manual pipettes are available, such as the Corning® Lambda™ Plus, Corning® Lambda™ EliteTouch™, or Axygen® Axypet®. These also include the new Axygen® Axypet® Pro, designed to provide maximum levels of accuracy and precision even with prolonged pipetting, thanks to its Ergonomic handle design.
The 4-digit display with locking system can be set with one hand and is ideal for greater accuracy and excellent visibility at any stage of laboratory activity. The gentle movement of the plunger, on the other hand, allows work without any mechanical effort.
Axypet® Pro pipettes can be fully autoclaved and are UV-resistant.
In the case of multichannel pipettes, each individual channel has a precision piston in order to ensure accuracy and precision at all times. They come with a quality certificate.

The Microlab Prep uses air displacement technology, which is similar technology to using a hand pipette, without the issues associated with liquid-filled automated pipetting systems. The system requires no vertical force for tip attachment or tip ejection, eliminating mechanical stress and improving overall system reliability, pipetting speed, positional accuracy, and dexterity.
